QFRS -Training & Emergency Management

QFRS Training & Emergency Management (QFRS-TEM) is the commercial training unit of the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service (QFRS).  QFRS established this unit following increasing demand by industry groups to provide high quality professional fire safety training and consultancy services.

With over 100 years protecting the community in fire and rescue related emergencies, QFRS-TEM has a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in this field.  QFRS-TEM has assisted organisations throughout Queensland to improve their standards of fire safety and emergency preparedness in the workplace.  QFRS-TEM has also established itself as an industry leader nationally and internationally in all aspects of fire fighting and rescue operations.

QFRS-TEM has world-class training facilities where realistic fire and rescue scenarios can be simulated in safe and controlled environments. 

QFRS-TEM trainers are all experienced, fully qualified professional fire officers.  They combine their practical fire fighting and rescue skills with nationally recognised training qualifications.  The QFRS is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and many training programs are designed specifically to meet industry standards.

QFRS-TEM is recognised by industry, commerce and the wider-community as the trusted professionals in fire safety training and emergency management.
