A confidential crisis counselling service is provided for all Queensland Fire & Rescue Service staff and their immediate families for issues that are personal and/or work-related. The service is also provided for Rural Fire Volunteers and their immediate families for issues that are specifically QFRS work-related.
FREE CALL: 1800 805 980 - 24 hours - 7 days a week
This service is pager operated and a FireCare Counsellor will return calls as soon as possible.
