Due to security reasons the lists of counsellors and peer support officers can not be listed publicly on the QFRS website. If you have access to the DES network you can log into the DES network here. Once you are logged in cut and paste one of the the following links into the address bar: https://desportal.emergency.qld.gov.au/content/Staff/Employee_Assistance_Services/EAS_QFRS.jsp to go to the FireCare internal page, https://desportal.emergency.qld.gov.au/content/Policies_and_Procedures/Operational/Station_Management/counsellor%20regional%20list.pdf to go direct to the list of counsellors, or https://desportal.emergency.qld.gov.au/content/Policies_and_Procedures/Operational/Station_Management/Regional%20PSO%20list.pdf to go direct to the list of peer support officers. If you do not have access to the DES network then email qfrsfirecare@emergency.qld.gov.au and request a copy of the list from the FireCare Office.
